Reporting Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and upkeep of our Power BI ecosystem, ensuring smooth integration with NetSuite through optimized saved searches and SQL-based connectors.

• Create and manage automated data pipelines that bring together information from our current and/or new field operations platforms.

• Maintain separate dashboard "instances" (Commercial, Operational, and Financial) with customized Row-Level Security (RLS) for different teams (executives, brand operations, sales teams, etc.).

• Develop weekly tracking mechanisms for our branches, concentrating on Revenue, Labor, Material, Overhead, and Gross Profit (GP).

• Establish real-time visibility into A/R Aging and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by branch to enhance the cash conversion cycle.

• Deploy models to accurately forecast revenue and bookings in relation to the budget.

• Guide the organization in recognizing and implementing AI solutions and automated workflows (through API integrations or scripting) to eliminate manual administrative bottlenecks.

• Serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and Senior Leadership Team, translating complex datasets into the "Story Behind the Numbers" for monthly MD&A and Board reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Data Science, or a related discipline.

• 1–2 years of experience as a reporting analyst, data analyst, or in a related role.

• Excellent verbal, written, and English communication skills.

• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or during US operating hours.

• Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Excel is essential.

• Experience with NetSuite is an advantage.

• Strong foundation in data modeling and a comprehension of financial statements.

• Ability to connect technical data engineering with executive-level business strategy.
