📋 Description

• Updating and maintaining operational reports

• Automation of manual processes

• Analysis and management of databases

• Identifying opportunities for improvement in reports and processes

• Technical degree or higher (related fields)

• At least 1 year of experience in areas such as: Workforce Management

• Quality

• Training

• Advanced Excel (essential)

• Proficiency in Power BI and SQL

• Preferable knowledge of cloud-based tools
