Business Intelligence Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Various registration tasks related to the in-house real estate management system (MRI and other proprietary systems), including property registration, tenant registration, and user access rights registration.

• Responding to inquiries and providing support for the business department.

• Gathering and investigating user requests related to system development.

• Acting as a liaison for development requests and requirements to engineers.

• Conducting user testing after new development and modifications.

• Creating and updating user manuals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) at a professional level.

• Experience in system operation and support (either proprietary or packaged systems).

• Experience with multiple systems.

• Experience in accounting or knowledge equivalent to level 3 bookkeeping.

• Experience with SQL Server.

• Ability to communicate in English (including email correspondence).
