Director, Business Intelligence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the Business Intelligence (BI) strategy.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders from Finance, Sales, Customer Experience, Trust & Safety, Marketing, and Product.

• Supervise the advancement of our contemporary cloud data architecture.

• Integrate enterprise data models throughout the organization.

• Retain accountability for data cataloging, quality, and governance standards.

• Advocate for the application of AI and advanced analytics to streamline insights.

• Drive organizational change management and promote data literacy initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capable of leading distributed, high-performing teams through periods of organizational change.

• Proven experience in directing global BI functions within technology firms.

• Profound knowledge of modern data architectures, particularly Databricks.

• Background in managing remote/distributed teams across various time zones.

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline (Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science) or equivalent professional experience.
