Reporting & Business Intelligence Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Supervise and direct reporting and business intelligence projects

• Lead and mentor the Reporting & BI team accountable for operational and client reporting

• Create and uphold reporting standards, documentation, and quality assurance processes

• Convert business and billing requirements into practical reporting solutions

• Collaborate across departments with operations, billing leadership, finance, and technology teams

• Recognize trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation or process enhancements

• Construct scalable reporting processes and dashboards utilizing BI tools and data platforms

• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reports

• Serve as a subject matter expert on medical billing data, reporting logic, and operational KPIs

• Contribute to the development of long-term reporting strategy and operational intelligence initiatives

• Support the transition of reporting ownership and workflows into the billing organization

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in reporting, business intelligence, healthcare analytics, or medical billing operations

• Strong comprehension of medical billing workflows, reporting requirements, and revenue cycle principles

• Previous experience in a leadership or team lead role is preferred

• Background in working with reporting teams, analysts, or operational BI settings

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Capacity to convey technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and executives

• Proficiency with Power BI, Excel, SQL, and reporting automation tools

• Exceptional organizational and documentation capabilities
