Reporting Analyst – MIS, Midshift

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• The MIS & Reporting Analyst plays a key role in facilitating insurance reporting, reconciliations, bordereaux processing, and operational reporting within the Australian and New Zealand insurance sectors.

• Prepare and submit insurer bordereaux reports according to established reporting requirements and internal protocols.

• Reconcile broker commission statements to ensure accuracy in reporting across applicable systems.

• Oversee daily bank downloads, payment notifications, and assist in processing claims and refunds.

• Provide support for debtor management, credit control tasks, and operational or financial reporting activities.

• Evaluate data quality, detect discrepancies, and maintain precise reporting records and documentation.

• Collaborate with development teams and internal stakeholders to enhance reporting processes and system functionality.

• Assist cross-functional teams while effectively managing workloads in a dynamic, detail-oriented environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred.

• At least 5+ years of experience in insurance operations, MIS reporting, reconciliations, broker support, or related analytical positions.

• A strong background in insurance reporting, bordereaux processing, policy administration, or broker accounting is highly desirable.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, with strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in reconciliations, banking administration, payment processing, and ensuring reporting accuracy.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with capacity to thrive in fast-paced settings.

• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, with experience in supporting international or offshore operations considered a plus.
