This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and uphold reporting packages for clients that offer insights into the performance of corporate travel programs.
• Evaluate travel expenditures across air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation sectors.
• Generate reports that emphasize booking patterns, traveler habits, supplier usage, and compliance with program guidelines.
• Assist in quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive client meetings by providing data-driven insights.
• Discover avenues for enhancing travel policy adherence, usage, savings, and traveler satisfaction.
• Convert travel data into suggestions that enable clients to optimize their programs.
• Examine booking data from Online Booking Tools (OBTs), Global Distribution Systems (GDS), expense management platforms, and internal reporting systems.
• Track essential travel metrics such as: Total travel expenditure, Booking volume, Advance purchase behavior, Online booking usage, Policy adherence, Airline and hotel utilization, Savings potential, Unused ticket activity, Traveler engagement, Agent-assisted versus self-service bookings.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through comprehensive data analysis.
• Provide actionable insights to both internal teams and clients.
• Develop metrics to assess TMC operational performance and service delivery.
• Monitor critical operational metrics including: Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance, Agent response times, Call/email/chat volumes, Ticketing activity, Queue performance, Customer satisfaction trends, After-hours support activity, and Escalation trends.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to pinpoint process enhancements and efficiency opportunities.
• Create dashboards that give real-time insights into operational health.
• Analyze the performance of airlines, hotels, and rental cars to bolster supplier strategy.
• Oversee the performance and utilization of negotiated contracts.
• Contribute to supplier reviews with data-supported insights.
• Construct and maintain dashboards utilizing tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other similar business intelligence platforms.
• Develop automated reporting solutions to enhance efficiency and minimize manual processes.
• Ensure data accuracy across various travel technology platforms.
• Over 3 years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or travel operations analytics.
• Preferred experience in analyzing corporate travel data.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis techniques.
• Skilled in writing SQL queries and handling structured data.
• Experience in creating dashboards and reports with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to interpret complex data and convey insights effectively.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
• Capacity to manage multiple reporting priorities in a dynamic environment.
