Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Seeking repair contractors for fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar products.

• Candidates should possess the expertise to assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and fix fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and comparable items.

• Clients include prestigious high-end companies.

• A strong commitment to customer service is essential.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to read and understand manufacturer manuals and instructions related to equipment repair.

• Must have personal transportation to commute to and from repair sites.

• Must possess hand and power tools, along with the experience and mechanical skills to construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• An EIN (federal tax ID) is required, which can be obtained for free at irs.gov.

• Compliance with insurance and vehicle registration; DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR over 10,000 lbs.

• Must adhere to state laws regarding the vehicle used for job completion.

• Background checks and drug screenings will be conducted for all contractors, including helpers.

• Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) checks will be carried out for all driving contractors.

• A dedication to delivering outstanding customer service, along with being tech-savvy with a mobile device and possessing excellent communication skills, is required.
