Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Contractors needed for the repair of fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and related products.

• Seeking contractors who possess the expertise to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar items.

• Clients include prestigious high-end companies.

• A strong commitment to customer service is essential.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and related products.

• Ability to read and understand manufacturer’s manuals and instructions necessary for equipment repair.

• Must have personal transportation for travel to and from repair sites.

• Must possess hand and power tools, along with the experience and mechanical skills to construct products according to manufacturer specifications.

• An EIN (federal tax ID) is required, which can be obtained for free at irs.gov.

• Must adhere to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Must comply with state laws regarding the vehicle used for work completion.

• Background checks and drug screenings are mandatory for all contractors, including helpers.

• Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) are required for all driving contractors.

• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service is a must.

• Proficiency with mobile technology and excellent communication skills are required.
