Repair Technician, Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Seeking Repair Contractors specialized in fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and similar items.

• We are interested in contractors who possess the expertise to evaluate, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and comparable products.

• Our clients include high-end companies, thus a strong commitment to customer service is essential.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to read and understand manufacturer manuals and instructions related to equipment repair.

• Must have reliable transportation to and from the repair site.

• Ownership of hand and power tools, along with the experience and mechanical aptitude to construct products according to manufacturer specifications is required.

• An EIN (federal tax ID) is necessary.

• Must maintain compliance with insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• DOT/MC numbers may be necessary for vehicles with a GVWR exceeding 10,000 lbs.

• Adherence to state laws regarding the vehicle used for work is required.

• All contractors, including helpers, are subject to background and drug screening.

• Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) checks will be conducted for all driving contractors.

• A commitment to exceptional customer service, proficiency with mobile technology, and outstanding communication skills is mandatory.
