Repair Technician – Fitness Equipment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Service providers for fitness equipment, wine coolers, massage chairs, and related products.

• Assess, troubleshoot, analyze, identify, and repair various products.

• Deliver prompt and dependable home services for numerous high-end companies that ship directly to consumers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in evaluating, troubleshooting, analyzing, identifying, and repairing fitness bikes, treadmills, smart home gym systems, wine coolers, and similar items.

• Ability to read and understand manufacturer's manuals and instructions pertinent to equipment repair.

• Must have personal transportation for travel to and from repair sites.

• Must possess hand and power tools along with the experience and mechanical aptitude to assemble products according to manufacturer specifications.

• An EIN (federal tax ID) is required.

• Adherence to insurance and vehicle registration requirements.

• Background and drug screenings are conducted for all contractors, including helpers.

• Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) checks are performed for all driving contractors.

• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service is essential.

• Proficient with mobile technology and possess excellent communication skills.
