• Assumes responsibility for assigned renewal opportunities.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

• Bilingual (Spanish - English); proficiency in Portuguese is advantageous.

• Knowledge of renewal processes, procedures, and systems necessary for completing the work.

• Familiarity with the overarching concepts involved in renewal motions.

• Basic understanding of analytics and programmatic processes.

• Comprehension of software subscription, licensing, and support service contracting models.
