Renewals Specialist – PubSec

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers and partners to address technology challenges

• Develop relationships with customers and channel partner teams

• Generate renewal quotes and work closely with internal stakeholders

• Recognize competitive and technical risks and assist in planning resolutions

• Recommend renewal options based on product expertise

• Collaborate across functions with account teams and customer success teams

• Assume responsibility for assigned renewal opportunities

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of relevant experience

• Familiarity with renewal processes, procedures, and systems

• Experience in Value Proposition Development

• Basic knowledge of analytics and programmatic processes

• Skills in discovery, negotiation, and closing at all levels
