This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• The Specialist I, Renewals is essential to the NextGen Healthcare client experience.
• Focus on enabling the renewals team to provide ongoing value and achieve business results through client retention expertise.
• Manage and execute the entire renewal process, from identifying opportunities to negotiating and closing deals.
• Leverage data to facilitate meaningful conversations with clients.
• Track and report on client accounts, renewal pipelines, gross retention rates, and renewal forecasts.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 0-1 years of experience in a Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Renewals, or Client Success position.
• Proven skills in negotiation and overcoming objections.
• Familiarity with Salesforce.com; Gainsight experience is a plus.
