Renewals Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete renewal process for existing client accounts, guaranteeing timely and precise contract renewals.

• Initiate proactive outreach to clients ahead of contract expiration to explore renewal options and address any issues.

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with clients to comprehend their requirements and offer customized solutions.

• Work in close collaboration with the Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a smooth renewal experience.

• Evaluate renewal metrics and trends—including license usage and true-up needs—to pinpoint areas for enhancement and boost retention.

• Inform clients about the benefits of 1Password's security solutions and keep them updated on pertinent product news.

• Collect and relay customer feedback to guide product development and elevate overall customer satisfaction.

• Ensure that all renewal agreements are accurately documented and comply with company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success within a Software as a Service (SaaS) or technology setting.

• Strong grasp of SaaS business models, recurring revenue principles, and contract procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret data and assist in decision-making.

• Proven track record of collaborating effectively across teams such as Sales, Customer Success, and Product.

• Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC) and Gainsight, with comfort in using other commonly utilized SaaS tools.

• Comfortable working towards established renewal targets and metrics.
