This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.
• Take full ownership of and execute complete renewal processes for designated regional customer accounts.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of renewals with minimal supervision, maintaining contract and commercial precision.
• Protect the existing customer base by proactively identifying risks of churn, obstacles to renewal, and customer issues.
• Recognize and capitalize on seat-based expansion opportunities during renewal, utilizing standard playbooks along with innovative commercial strategies.
• Collaborate directly with customer procurement and commercial teams to manage the renewal process and address any issues.
• Utilize clear and persuasive communication to influence renewal outcomes and foster strong relationships with customers.
• Keep precise management of the renewal pipeline, including forecasting and reporting within CRM systems.
• Track the status of auto-renewals and take action when they are disabled to mitigate churn risk.
• Leverage data, insights, and workflow automation to enhance renewal efficiency and predictability.
• Engage with Account Executives on larger cross-sell or expansion opportunities that arise during renewal phases.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to align on strategies for adoption, retention, and renewal.
• Provide light-touch assistance to partners on renewal accounts they own or assist with.
• Share insights regarding churn risk, renewal hurdles, and missed upsell opportunities across teams.
• Offer guidance and informal mentorship to less experienced colleagues in renewal or sales roles.
• Communicate customer feedback regarding product experiences, packaging, and commercial friction with internal teams.
• Proven experience in managing customer renewals, account management, inside sales, or customer success activities in a B2B setting.
• Demonstrated capability to independently handle a high volume of renewal transactions with keen attention to detail and prioritization.
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills, with the confidence to engage with procurement and commercial stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen, including experience in negotiating renewal terms and addressing customer objections.
• Skillful in identifying churn risks, signals for expansion, and renewal obstacles using customer insights and data.
• Familiarity with CRM systems for managing pipelines, forecasts, and renewal workflows.
• Highly organized and adept at managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Nordic customer purchasing behaviors and regional commercial practices.
