Renewals Manager – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the renewal process for a customer portfolio, ensuring renewals are executed accurately and on time.

• Foster strong relationships with customers and identify potential opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Negotiate and finalize renewal contracts, collaborating closely with our sales team.

• Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, clearly conveying the value we deliver to our customers.

• Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer needs and resolve any issues that arise.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within a SaaS environment, though this is not mandatory.

• Experience managing Mid Market and Enterprise level accounts.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Capability to cultivate strong customer relationships.

• Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts at once.

• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is advantageous.

• Proficiency in a second European or Middle Eastern language is preferred but not essential.
