• Oversee the complete lifecycle of contract renewals, starting from the first interaction with the customer to the final signing of the contract.
• Partner with colleagues in the Sales Organization to guarantee customer satisfaction and pinpoint potential opportunities for expansion.
• Actively engage with customers to comprehend their needs, recognize possible risks to renewals, and foster strong relationships.
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring timely renewals.
• Collaborate closely with Sales to transfer leads for upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Keep precise records of renewal activities and monitor essential metrics, including renewal rate, churn rate, and renewal revenue.
• Project renewal revenue and provide consistent updates to management.
• Formulate and implement renewal strategies to meet or surpass renewal objectives.
• Continuously enhance the renewal process and contribute to the development of best practices.
• Remain informed about Redwood Software's products and services, as well as industry trends.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in renewals management, account management, or a similar field, preferably within the software industry.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding renewal targets.
• Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the capability to establish rapport with clients.
• Proficient in understanding customer needs and identifying growth opportunities.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
