This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the renewal process and comprehensive sales of service and support agreements to clients.
• Inform clients about the advantages of Hitachi support services.
• Propel and achieve quarterly and annual objectives, including personal performance goals.
• Accountable for managing, selling, renewing, and enhancing service relationships with our clientele.
• Expected to identify and evaluate potential opportunities while driving efficiencies to boost profitability and renewal outcomes.
• Ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the renewal lifecycle, collaborating with the team responsible for generating service quotes.
• Collaborate with various internal partners, including sales teams, district managers, support teams, and clients during negotiation processes.
• Tasked with providing an accurate forecast to leadership.
