Renewal Representative – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and manage a renewal portfolio for designated accounts.

• Actively engage with customers 90–120 days prior to contract expiration.

• Achieve high renewal rates and meet quarterly and annual retention goals.

• Conduct pricing negotiations, contract discussions, and commercial dialogues.

• Discover and qualify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Account Executives.

• Keep precise records of the pipeline, renewal forecasts, and customer activities in CRM tools like Salesforce.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to mitigate adoption risks and address customer concerns.

• Work with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to facilitate contract execution.

• Create account renewal strategies for customers at risk of churn.

• Ensure the accuracy of quotes, invoices, and renewal documentation.

• Evaluate churn factors and suggest retention strategies.

• Maintain strong relationships with executive-level customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Renewal Sales within the EMEA region.

• Significant experience in managing recurring revenue or subscription-based businesses.

• Demonstrated success in meeting renewal and retention targets through upselling and cross-selling.

• Familiarity with SaaS contracts, pricing structures, and subscription models.

• Strong negotiation abilities and skills in handling objections.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient in using CRM tools such as Salesforce.

• Strong capabilities in forecasting and pipeline management.
