Renewal Brokerage Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Monitor and oversee impending policy renewals to guarantee timely processing.

• Create renewal applications, proposals, and necessary documentation.

• Liaise with insurance carriers to secure renewal quotes, endorsements, and policy details.

• Examine renewal terms and pinpoint discrepancies or absent information.

• Collaborate with brokers, account managers, and clients throughout the renewal process.

• Keep precise client records and documentation within agency management systems.

• Execute policy modifications, endorsements, certificates, and other administrative requests.

• Assist with invoicing, premium financing paperwork, and payment follow-up as needed.

• Ensure adherence to company protocols, carrier guidelines, and regulatory standards.

• Address client inquiries promptly and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Generate reports and monitor renewal metrics to align with business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

• Prior experience in insurance, brokerage operations, customer service, or administrative support is preferred.

• Familiarity with allied healthcare insurance products and renewal processes is an advantage.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems is required.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy is necessary.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

• A Property and Casualty insurance license must be acquired within 60 days of hiring.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
