
Renewal and Expansion Specialist β LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
β’ Conduct commercial discussions with current customers, including matters related to renewals, upgrades, downgrades, expansions, and billing inquiries.
β’ Perform contract mathematics in real-time during customer calls.
β’ Prepare and dispatch contracts for existing clientele.
β’ Manage Stripe-related billing concerns for current accounts.
β’ Collaborate with Customer Success Managers on account health indicators.
β’ Introduce opportunities for cross-selling and new products during renewal discussions.
β’ Keep precise records of contract details, renewal timelines, and commercial obligations.
β’ Demonstrable direct customer-facing commercial experience.
β’ Capability to perform proration and package comparison calculations in real-time during calls.
β’ Ability to remain calm under pressure.
β’ Familiarity with contracts and billing processes.
β’ Experience with Stripe or a comparable billing system.
β’ Proficient written English skills.
β’ Desire to advance into a wider commercial or revenue operations position.
