Renewable Energy Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver legal advice and support to clients involved in the development, financing, and execution of renewable energy initiatives.

• Counsel clients on matters of regulatory compliance pertaining to renewable energy projects.

• Aid clients in the structuring and negotiation of renewable energy agreements.

• Structure, draft, review, and negotiate documentation for tax equity and debt financing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active bar license in your state of residence.

• A minimum of 5+ years of legal practice, specifically in the renewable energy sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of U.S. federal and state laws and regulations that govern renewable energy.

• Experience in utilities is preferred.

• Proven track record of managing renewable energy projects from inception to completion.
