This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Deliver remote assistance for network setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, including firewalls, switches, VLANs, and IP addressing.
• Aid in updating firewall policies, supporting VPNs, and resolving network-related issues.
• Execute routine administrative tasks for Windows Server, such as managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies.
• Provide support for Microsoft 365 tenant administration, encompassing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) user and group management.
• Conduct basic identity and access management (IAM) tasks, including password resets, MFA support, and assigning access.
• Review sign-in logs, audit logs, and security alerts to facilitate troubleshooting and escalation processes.
• Assist with implementing conditional access policies under supervision.
• Lead initiatives related to Microsoft SharePoint, which include planning and architecting SharePoint environments.
• Manage implementation and migrations, both on-premises and to SharePoint Online.
• Oversee administration and continuous management of SharePoint environments.
• Provide support throughout the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint integration.
• Troubleshoot end-user problems and escalate complex issues to Level 3 engineers when necessary.
• Maintain well-organized, audit-ready documentation within ticketing systems and RMM platforms.
• Adhere to established procedures regarding security, compliance, and access control.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on networking and systems.
• Proficient understanding of firewalls and switching technologies, such as Fortinet, Cisco, Ruckus, Aruba, or similar.
• Experience in Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tenant administration, specifically Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Knowledge of MFA and user lifecycle management processes.
• Experience in reviewing security logs and alerts.
• Background in Microsoft SharePoint (both Online and On-Prem), including implementation and migration experience.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
• Strong capabilities in troubleshooting, communication, and documentation.
• Certifications like Network+, Security+, or Microsoft certifications are advantageous.
