Remote Support Specialist, Customer Service (Portugal)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

• Deliver customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.

• Diagnose technical problems and address inquiries in a professional manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German (C2) and English (B2+).

• Customer-oriented with excellent communication abilities.

• Technically skilled with fundamental computer knowledge.

• Residing in Portugal.

• EU citizen or possess a valid Portuguese residence permit.
