This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Deliver customer support through phone, email, and chat channels.
• Resolve technical issues and address inquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain a positive experience for customers.
• Record and track cases within internal systems.
• Play a role in fostering a motivated and collaborative team environment.
• Proficient in German (C2) and English (B2+).
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and technical proficiency.
• Must reside in Portugal.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese residence permit is required.
• Monthly base salary of €1,100 (14 payments per year).
• Annual performance/complexity bonus of €180 (distributed over 12 months).
• Daily meal allowance of €7.23 (~€159/month based on 22 working days).
• Monthly transport allowance of €20.
• Private health insurance from day one (fully covered after the 6th month).
