This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Respond to incoming calls and initiate outgoing calls.
• Determine the intent of the call and reply according to predefined protocols.
• Handle and organize customer files in the back office.
• Participate in training sessions focused on products and services.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance customer interactions.
• Educational background: High school diploma to associate degree (Bac to Bac +2).
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer contact center.
• Ability to think quickly, reason logically, and respond effectively.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a dedication to quality service.
