This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• The Remarketing Solutions Specialist II is responsible for managing the sale of retail and lease vehicles at auctions across the country, with the goal of maximizing recovery value, reducing losses, and ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.
• This position entails the development and enhancement of remarketing programs, fostering dealer relationships, supervising auction operations and inventory, keeping an eye on market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance performance and outcomes.
• In-depth knowledge of state and federal laws and guidelines, particularly those pertaining to the repossession and remarketing of vehicles.
• Extensive understanding of the Automobile Industry is essential.
• Familiarity with the Auction Industry is preferred.
• Advanced computer skills with the capability to use the Internet for vehicle valuation and scheduling sales.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• A team player who can thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to work independently, demonstrate self-motivation, and manage time effectively.
• Capacity to exercise independent judgment and discretion in accepting or rejecting bids.
• Basic math skills for estimating vehicle values during auctions.
• Strong negotiation abilities.

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to foster effective working relationships with colleagues, subordinates, vendor staff, and management.
• Proven track record of working effectively in an unsupervised environment.
• Proficiency in using AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to enhance daily operations.
• Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and potential biases.
• Experience in integrating AI into workflows to boost efficiency or insights.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted research, summarization, and content generation.
• Awareness of responsible AI practices, including ethics and data protection.
