This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nigeria.
• Timely respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in French while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
• Furnish accurate and pertinent information in French to prospective clients to assist them in choosing appropriate health plans.
• Elevate unresolved matters to the relevant teams and ensure follow-up for resolution and client satisfaction.
• Diligently document and update customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions in the internal communication system.
• Aid in customer acquisition initiatives by engaging French-speaking inbound prospects and motivating them to purchase health insurance products or utilize company services.
• A Bachelor's Degree or HND in any field.
• Must have completed NYSC or possess a valid exemption letter.
• Ability to communicate effectively in French, both verbally and in writing.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical abilities and confidence in handling numerical data.
• High attention to detail with a dedication to producing quality work.
• Goal-driven, adaptable, and capable of thriving in fast-paced environments.
• A background in healthcare (e.g., Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Pharmacy, Microbiology) is a plus.
