Reliability Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• This role is tasked with carrying out maintenance evaluations, performance analyses, and action plans.

• Key duties encompass the development of pre-engineering initiatives, oversight of startups, shutdowns, and overhauls, in addition to reliability engineering, installation, and real-time monitoring of field instrumentation and process effectiveness.

• The position also requires the implementation of new maintenance and performance tools, aiding instrumentation and automation needs within maintenance contracts, and working closely with engineers from the Pulp & Paper sectors and customer teams both within and beyond the Andritz Group.

• This role demands exceptional reporting and presentation abilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management is required.

• Familiarity with CMMS systems is essential.

• Strong communication skills are necessary.

• Experience in the Pulp and Paper industry is preferred.

• Maintenance experience is advantageous.

• Planning experience is desirable.

• Knowledge in Reliability Engineering is preferred.

• Must be physically fit for field inspections in Pulp and Paper mills.

• Communication skills: the ability to convey information accurately, confidently, and objectively, instilling security and trust.

• Emotional stability: the capacity to maintain a calm and balanced demeanor, demonstrating self-control over actions.
