This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Lead the preparation for PI Planning, oversee PI Planning itself, and facilitate I&A along with other ART events.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to all scrum masters within the ART.
• Guide teams in Agile methodologies and encourage Continuous Exploration.
• Assist the ART in evaluating its capacity and gathering relevant PI metrics focused on Outcomes, Flow, and Competency.
• Aid in identifying and eliminating dependencies and risks at the ART level.
• Create and maintain the program board to ensure that the team's focus remains on the key deliverables.
• Address and/or escalate obstacles to flow, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Support the development and upkeep of PI Roadmaps and the Program Vision.
• Summarize and convey the team’s Program Increment Objectives.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, along with five years of relevant experience.
• A minimum of two years of experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer.
• At least three years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Certification as a SAFe® Release Train Engineer.
