Release and Testing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Create and execute software release strategies in collaboration with development teams.

• Manage all stages of testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Ensure that all release and testing efforts align with business objectives and project timelines.

• Work together with cross-functional teams, such as development, operations, and product management.

• Keep and refresh release and testing documentation as needed.

• Identify and address risks related to release and testing processes.

• Hold regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and collect feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required.

• At least 3 years of experience in software release management and testing coordination is required.

• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, especially Agile methodologies.

• Exceptional organizational, project management, and time-management abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.

• Proficient in various testing methodologies and tools.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to perform under pressure.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Certification in project management or software testing is advantageous.

• Experience in a similar position within the Window and Door manufacturing sector is preferred.
