This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Accountable for managing high-level relationships with one or more clients that are vital to Dark Matter Technologies.
• Acts as the main point of contact and liaison for clients, ensuring their satisfaction, facilitating communication, and overseeing the overall client relationship management.
• Recognizes opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, or professional experience.
• A Master’s Degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in relationship management is required.
• At least 2 years of leadership or management experience is necessary.
