This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Act as the primary relationship manager for assigned clients and collaborate with internal partners to ensure alignment in communication, priorities, and operational support.
• Create and implement account plans that drive revenue growth, establish profitable deal structures, and foster long-term client partnerships.
• Identify, qualify, and progress pipeline opportunities that enhance portfolio performance, contribution margins, and product adoption.
• Oversee contract renewals and renegotiations to achieve favorable business outcomes and enhance client retention.
• Cultivate relationships at various stakeholder levels within client organizations and partner with internal subject matter experts to execute growth strategies.
• Achieve assigned revenue targets through renewals, cross-selling opportunities, and consultative solution positioning across the client portfolio.
• Track client satisfaction, address business challenges, and manage daily portfolio activities to support retention and financial performance.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in relationship management, account management, or business development within the payments, financial technology, or similar financial services sectors.
• At least 8 years of experience in managing healthcare and insurance clients, including support for providers, payors, hospital systems, insurance companies, or benefit administrators.
• Over 8 years of experience in growing significant client relationships and executing cross-functional strategies to boost revenue, retention, and product adoption.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in merchant acquiring, biller solutions, omnichannel payments, issuing solutions, or related payment products.
• Proficient in using Salesforce or a comparable customer relationship management platform for managing pipeline, account planning, and tracking client activities.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, relevant experience, and/or military experience.
• Preferred experience with encryption, tokenization, fraud mitigation, or related payment security solutions.
