Reimbursement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and submit reimbursement claims related to FBA issues, encompassing lost, damaged, or misclassified inventory and erroneous fees.

• Monitor and track reimbursement cases to ensure they are resolved promptly and accurately.

• Analyze reimbursement trends to pinpoint recurring problems and implement preventive strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and billing mistakes.

• Develop, maintain, or enhance automated reimbursement tools and workflows (for candidates with advanced skills).

• Generate reports and offer insights to streamline reimbursement processes.

• Ensure adherence to Amazon's policies and procedures.

• Reconcile inbound FBA shipments and detect inbound lost discrepancies that are eligible for reimbursement.

⛳️ Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of Amazon FBA operations and fee structures.

• Proficiency in the reimbursement claim processes and case filing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify discrepancies and their root causes.

• Experience with automated reimbursement software is highly preferred.

• Competence in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting purposes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for effective reporting.

• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple cases at once and work independently.

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central reporting tools and dashboards.
