Reimbursement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify, validate, and submit reimbursement claims related to FBA issues, such as lost, damaged, or misclassified inventory and erroneous fees.

• Monitor and oversee reimbursement cases to guarantee prompt and precise resolutions.

• Analyze reimbursement patterns to pinpoint recurring issues and establish preventative strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile discrepancies in inventory and billing errors.

• Develop, maintain, or enhance automated reimbursement tools and workflows (for advanced-level candidates).

• Generate reports and deliver insights to refine reimbursement processes.

• Ensure adherence to Amazon's policies and procedures.

• Reconcile incoming FBA shipments and identify inbound lost discrepancies that qualify for reimbursement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive understanding of Amazon FBA operations and fee structures.

• Proficient in reimbursement claim processes and case filing.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify discrepancies and their root causes.

• Experience with automated reimbursement software is highly preferred.

• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting purposes.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills for effective communication and reporting.

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple cases concurrently and work independently.

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central reporting tools and dashboards.
