This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the creation, execution, and upkeep of reimbursement strategies and programs.
• Stay informed about changes in reimbursement regulations, trends, and technological advancements.
• Formulate and track reimbursement budgets and objectives.
• Evaluate reimbursement data to pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Aid in resolving reimbursement issues between payers and providers.
• Establish and nurture relationships with insurance companies, managed care organizations, and other payers.
• Work in collaboration with other departments to guarantee precise and prompt reimbursement.
• Create policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all relevant reimbursement regulations and contractual obligations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of five to eight years of experience managing an Accounts Receivable department or a healthcare reimbursement operation is required.
• Preferred experience includes multi-site management within a healthcare services company.
• Strong experience with governmental and commercial payers, as well as revenue cycles, is essential.
• Managerial experience in a complex respiratory company is a significant advantage.
• A valid driver’s license and automobile insurance in good standing are required.
• Proficiency in PC skills, particularly with the MS Office suite, is necessary.
