Reimbursement Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Deliver analytical, project management, and operational assistance to the Reimbursement & Chargemaster Departments.

• Facilitate Medicaid supplemental and state-directed payment programs, cost reporting activities, and broader reimbursement initiatives.

• Create and maintain reporting tools while tracking essential reimbursement metrics.

• Aid in audit preparations and ensure regulatory documentation is complete.

• Assist with budgeting and contract analysis.

• Assess workflows and pinpoint opportunities for process enhancement.

• Act as a liaison among Reimbursement, Managed Care, Revenue Cycle, Accounting, IT, and operational departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience in place of formal education.

• 3-5 years of applicable job experience.

• Preferred areas of study include Finance, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or a field related to Revenue Cycle.
