Reimbursement and Reporting Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Reimbursement & Reporting Associate is tasked with completing default reporting and facilitating the reimbursement of funds from various entities.

• Review, maintain, oversee, and submit default reporting to investors, insurers, and agencies as necessary.

• Collaborate with internal departments to address unresolved issues that hinder default reporting.

• Prepare and file reimbursement claims on various loans, ensuring adherence to regulations.

• Track filed claims and submit supplemental claims as needed to optimize reimbursement potential.

• Work together with internal and external partners to tackle outstanding issues that delay payment.

• Produce, evaluate, and respond to quality-control reports to guarantee accuracy and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma (or equivalent) is required.

• 1-3 years of prior experience in default reporting is essential.

• 1-3 years of previous experience in mortgage loan servicing is highly preferred.

• 1-3 years of previous experience in default servicing is also highly preferred.

• Familiarity with MSP and Black Knight is required.
