Rehabilitation Manager – Freelance or Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer comprehensive guidance and support to individuals recovering from accidents or serious illnesses.

• Design and execute customized rehabilitation plans tailored to individual needs.

• Assist clients during all stages of medical, occupational, and social rehabilitation.

• Provide advice on care arrangements and matters related to social law.

• Prepare thorough assessments and detailed reports.

• Evaluate care requirements.

• Create personalized solutions aimed at fostering independence and social engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a degree in areas such as social work, physical therapy, occupational therapy, or a related field.

• Experience in medical rehabilitation, particularly in orthopedics, trauma surgery, or neurology.

• Extensive understanding of social insurance law and local care frameworks.

• Confident demeanor, empathy, and excellent communication abilities.

• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital applications.

• Valid Category B driving license and readiness to travel.
