Regulatory Law Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create evaluation tasks for AI systems functioning within the domains of regulatory compliance and government affairs.

• Design scenarios that encompass the development of regulatory compliance programs, agency investigations, enforcement actions, and rulemaking or comment processes.

• Develop tasks related to areas such as financial services, healthcare and FDA, antitrust and competition, data privacy and cybersecurity, as well as environmental and energy regulation.

• Formulate scenarios that involve regulatory tracking platforms, compliance management systems, and agency filing systems.

• Utilize regulatory law methodologies applicable to US or international standards tracks.

• Generate reference compliance memoranda, regulatory filings, and documents for enforcement responses.

• Create rubrics that differentiate between authentic regulatory judgment and standard law school or bar exam-level recall.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a regulatory attorney or compliance counsel in a prominent law firm, regulated company, or governmental agency.

• Direct involvement in regulatory compliance programs, agency interactions, or enforcement issues.

• Proficiency in regulatory tools.

• Familiarity with the administrative process and agency rulemaking.

• A recognized professional credential is highly preferred, such as a JD with bar admission or an equivalent international qualification.

• Previous experience in authorship of rubrics, training materials, or compliance documentation is advantageous.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT sponsorship.
