Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in accordance with CMS, state, and payer regulations.

• Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop customized nutrition plans, and monitor outcomes using data-driven methodologies.

• Incorporate Lifestyle Medicine 3.0 strategies throughout all 6 VHW Pillars, establishing nutrition as a fundamental aspect of patient health.

• Work collaboratively with audiologists, health coaches, and healthcare providers to ensure coordinated, multidisciplinary care.

• Design and manage Victory’s MNT programs and services, focusing on scalability, innovation, and adherence to the Lifestyle Medicine 3.0 philosophy.

• Support Wellness Lab services, which include InBody analysis, functional labs, supplement protocols, DNA-based nutrition coaching, metabolic health initiatives, medical weight loss options, and peptide therapy.

• Spearhead educational initiatives such as patient workshops, wellness challenges, and content creation.

• Engage in insurance credentialing and billing processes for MNT services.

• Record all interactions in the Victory Practice Better EHR while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a current Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

• Hold an active Texas Dietitian License (or be eligible at the time of hire).

• Have a minimum of 2 years of clinical MNT experience in outpatient, primary care, or specialty settings.

• Demonstrate strong alignment with Lifestyle Medicine 3.0 principles (preventive, personalized, systems-based, data-driven care).

• Experience with insurance billing for MNT (including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance).

• Exhibit excellent patient engagement abilities, particularly in motivational interviewing.

• Show a passion for providing care and developing innovative nutrition programs.
