This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) in accordance with CMS, state regulations, and payer standards.
• Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop individualized nutrition prescriptions, and monitor results using data-driven methodologies.
• Incorporate Lifestyle Medicine 3.0 strategies throughout all 6 VHW Pillars, establishing nutrition as a fundamental aspect of patient wellness.
• Collaborate with audiologists, health coaches, and healthcare providers to provide coordinated, multidisciplinary patient care.
• Design and oversee Victory’s MNT programs and services, ensuring they are scalable, innovative, and aligned with the principles of Lifestyle Medicine 3.0.
• Engage in Wellness Lab services, which include InBody analysis, functional labs, supplement protocols, DNA-oriented nutrition coaching, metabolic health initiatives, medical weight loss solutions, and peptide therapy.
• Spearhead educational programs—patient workshops, wellness challenges, and development of content.
• Partake in insurance credentialing and billing processes for MNT services.
• Record all interactions within the Victory Practice Better EHR while upholding HIPAA standards.
• Active Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Valid Texas Dietitian License (or eligibility upon hiring).
• At least 2 years of clinical MNT experience in outpatient, primary care, or specialty environments.
• Strong commitment to the principles of Lifestyle Medicine 3.0 (preventive, personalized, systems-oriented, data-driven care).
• Knowledge of billing for MNT services through insurance (Medicare, Medicaid, commercial).
• Exceptional patient engagement abilities, including skills in motivational interviewing.
• Passion for providing care and developing innovative nutrition programs.
• Experience in functional or integrative nutrition (preferred).
• Familiarity with InBody, lab interpretation, supplement protocols, or DNA-based coaching (preferred).
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
• Previous experience in program design and implementation is preferred.
