Registered Dietitian – Health Care Facility Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Engage in a technically stimulating environment, providing support to both internal and external customers across the nation.

• Serve as a Registered Dietitian Health Care Facility Surveyor.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics is required.

• Completion of CMS’s Long-Term Care Basic Training and passing the Surveyor Minimum Qualifications Test (SMQT) is mandatory.

• At least two (2) years of recent experience as a surveyor, accrediting or certifying facilities that cater to residents of long-term care facilities is essential.

• Current licensure to practice as a Registered Dietitian must be maintained.

• Proven ability to make independent decisions to effectively manage the survey process.

• Capability to prioritize tasks independently and collaboratively while conducting survey duties.

• Willingness to engage in open discussions regarding conflicts or controversies and to seek assistance for decision-making and conflict resolution when necessary.

• U.S. Citizenship is a prerequisite for this position.

• Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time regularly is required.
