This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.
• Support patients and their families in changing unhealthy eating habits to foster a positive relationship with food through continuous assistance.
• Create and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient.
• Facilitate exposure to challenging or feared foods during the treatment process.
• Clearly communicate meal plans and any nutrition-related issues to all team members.
• Reinforce the directives of the treatment team with families.
• Aid in discharge planning and provide weekly updates on treatment plans.
• Offer evidence-based nutrition education to patients.
• Build a therapeutic relationship with families, focusing on rapport building and establishing boundaries.
• Keep comprehensive documentation within Equip’s electronic medical records.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree or coursework recognized or accredited by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND).
• A licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) is required, with a preference for candidates possessing experience in eating disorders.
• Capable of managing a caseload of up to 80 patients.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse teams.
• Experience in interdisciplinary team environments.
• Organized and focused on achieving results.
• Ability to navigate and balance business requirements alongside clinical priorities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting that is subject to rapid changes and innovations.
