Registered Dietitian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding care focused on the essential aspects of lifestyle change management, including nutrition, physical activity, stress management, sleep, and behavioral modification, all grounded in evidence-based counseling.

• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of professionals, such as registered dietitians, licensed nurses, licensed clinical social workers (LCSWs), medical assistants, and gastroenterologists.

• Assist patients through both synchronous and asynchronous care, employing the fundamental principles of motivational interviewing to promote behavioral change.

• Follow clinical protocols and adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a licensed Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an RD/RDN is required.

• Familiarity with nutritional strategies for gastrointestinal conditions (such as IBS, IBD, and SIBO) is advantageous.

• Bilingual candidates (Spanish-speaking) are preferred.

• Experience with asynchronous patient communication is preferred.

• A strong passion for helping clients achieve behavior change by assisting them in setting health goals for effective chronic disease management.

• A demonstrated commitment to exceeding standard responsibilities to ensure the highest quality of care.
