This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
β’ Provide outstanding care focused on the essential aspects of lifestyle change management, including nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep, and behavioral change, all based on evidence-based counseling.
β’ Collaborate closely with a diverse team consisting of fellow registered dietitians, licensed nurses, LCSWs, medical assistants, and gastroenterologists.
β’ Assist patients through both synchronous and asynchronous care, employing the fundamental principles of motivational interviewing to promote behavioral change.
β’ Follow clinical protocols and adhere to evidence-based practice guidelines.
β’ Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) with additional state licensure considered an advantage.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of experience as an RD/RDN.
β’ Familiarity with nutritional strategies for gastrointestinal conditions such as IBS, IBD, and SIBO is a plus.
β’ Bilingual candidates (Spanish speaking) are preferred.
β’ Experience in communicating with patients asynchronously is desirable.
β’ A strong commitment to assisting clients in achieving behavior change by helping them establish health goals for effective chronic disease management.
β’ Willingness to exceed normal responsibilities to deliver the highest quality of care.
β’ Excellent skills in interpersonal communication and problem-solving.
