📋 Description

• Facilitate weekly counseling sessions with clients utilizing a patient-centered and evidence-based approach to care.

• Exhibit strong clinical and counseling abilities, prioritizing empathy and kindness.

• Assist patients in identifying the underlying causes of their health issues to foster sustainable behavior modifications instead of opting for short-term solutions.

• Uphold high standards of personal and professional integrity and ethics while ensuring confidentiality in practice.

• Apply extensive knowledge and experience in various nutrition counseling methodologies and approaches.

• Timely completion of session documentation, including clinical notes, patient communication, and follow-up messages for care teams.

• Utilize Nourish’s technological platform to maintain patient engagement throughout their care journey between sessions.

• Stay informed on the latest nutrition topics.
