Registered Dental Hygienist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Conduct clinical hygiene procedures, such as oral prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, sealants, fluoride treatments, oral cancer screenings, and x-rays.

• Inform patients about the significance of oral hygiene, providing instructions and demonstrations on effective oral care techniques.

• Collaborate with the doctor to identify potential restorative and/or periodontal needs in patients.

• Gather and assess dental history and/or records from patients (review patient health history and care slips) and ensure that health histories are current for all returning patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or certificate in Dental Hygiene from an accredited institution and a valid state license.

• X-Ray/Radiology Certification as mandated by state regulations.

• Local Anesthesia/Nitrous Oxide certification where required by state laws.
