This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana.

📋 Description

• Directly execute skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans established by the supervisor.

• Provide training to families and caregivers on behavior support strategies.

• Engage in interdisciplinary team development and execution of individual care plans.

• Communicate with clients, parents, and caregivers regarding client progress updates.

• Collaborate with BCBA to ensure the availability of materials and supplies.

• Collect and document data to assess the progress and effectiveness of behavior support plans.

• Ensure the implementation, completion, and family training regarding data sheets.

• Execute behavior support plans developed by the BCBA or BCaBA.

• Deliver positive behavioral supports and address emergency situations as trained.

• Complete all documentation required by Benchmark Human Services as well as state and federal regulations.

• Provide both written and verbal updates on behavior support plan objectives to the BCBA or BCaBA.

• Monitor individuals’ overall well-being using standardized behavior and healthcare protocols.

• Assist with personal care as needed while ensuring health, safety, and respect.

• Adhere to standards that protect the health and safety of staff, families, and individuals served.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Successfully complete a criminal background registry check at the time of application.

• Finish a 40-hour training program led by a BACB certificant based on the RBT Task List.

• Pass the RBT Competency Assessment administered by a BACB certificant.

• Successfully complete ongoing education as necessary to maintain RBT certification.

• Pay fees required for maintaining RBT certification.

• Reliable transportation is a must.

• CPR Certification is required.

• Excellent communication skills are essential.

• Proficiency and skills in computer usage are necessary.

• Ability and skills to train others effectively.

• A passion for working with children is essential.

• Must reside in or near Great Falls, MT.
